If you encounter any problem with opening files please email us to: mosaicfineartbooks@gmail.com ASAP, and we will send you the requested file to your email. - Do I really need to print and fill up all the details in the submission forms, scan and email it back to you, or can I just type myself all the details you ant on y work and email it to you?
If you want to type everything and email it to us you are more than welcome to do so. However, we need your signature and for that you’ll need to print the last page of the submission form, sign it, scan it and email it to us. - Should I transfer only euros? Can I transfer other currencies?
Yes, please, only Euros. For any other currencies the bank charges us Currency Conversion commission and we will then contact you to cover these commissions. - Is Paypal the only option to transfer the submission fee?
We find Paypal the easiest way to transfer the submission fee to us. If you have problem with it drop us an email to: mosaicfineartbooks@gmail.com and we will find another solution for you. However, bear in mind that any other option might cost you a little more because of bank commissions. - Can I submit the photos first and only if you like them I then fill up the submission forms and transfer the submission fee?

We need a full submission for everything – Artworks, submission fees and signed forms.
We are going to review all artworks only after the deadline. - Are you looking for something specific, certain material or style?
No. We are looking for fine art mosaic in any material. - Do you prefer 2D works or 3D?
We will consider both 2D art and sculptures equally. - I have more than 3 artworks to submit. Can I submit more than 3 pieces? I don’t mind paying twice the submissions fee.
No, the limit for each artist is only 3 artworks. - I have more than 3 artworks and I cannot decide which three should I submit. Can I send them for you to decided on 3 artworks?
No, sorry. You will have to decide yourself which of your work you want to decided. We know it is sometimes not that easy. - You ask for photos that show the full piece without the frame. I think that the frame of my work is important. What should I do?
If you feel that the frame of your piece is important then include it in your photo.
